I’m a pretty ordinary gal living a pretty ordinary life. In that life I am a most happy mother and wife, a musician, choral conductor and writer.

In my inner life, I’ve always been driven by a need to understand myself, to do better and to live with grace. I’m a peace-seeking missile who messes up all the time and who is continually grateful for power of apology.

My heart is forever on my sleeve and I’ve spent most of my life trying to be okay with that. Today, there is nothing more satisfying to me than a genuine, heart-to-heart connection with others, whether it lasts a life-time or for a beautiful, fleeting moment.
